Our extensive workforce is able to strip, replace and install windows, kitchens and bathrooms in a manner that offers quick turnarounds and quality finishes.

Property Maintenance Services

Timetra Ltd provide a wide range of Property Maintenance Solutions, to both Public and Private Sector Clients, across all of Central Scotland, including Housing Associations, Councils, Educational Institutions, Industrial and Retail Clients.

Since its foundation in 1970, the Company has established a reputation for high standards in both Quality and Customer Service, consistently demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. With our workforce of 60 employees, and a group of trusted Partner Sub-contractors, we have the resources to offer a sustained high level of service delivery, even during times of high demand, or during periods of adverse weather conditions.

Capital Works & Larger Projects

Timetra are also able to carry out larger, Capital Refurbishment Contracts. We are experienced in large scale replacement of timber and uPVC windows and doors, composite doors and Velux windows.

We are also able to provide kitchen and bathroom replacements, on either a large scale or on a one-off basis.

Pre-Apprenticeship Partnership

We are proud to be partnered with New College Lanarkshire’s Construction Pre Apprenticeship course. The 6-week course is open to applicants who are at least 16 years old with a passion and desire to build a career in the construction industry and give them the necessary qualifications and credentials to do just that.

At Timetra, we take on 8-10 students from the course under our wing every year and help them develop the practical knowledge and construction skills required to advance them onto a potential apprenticeship within our company or other local companies.

We believe it is important to help foster and develop the skills of young people in the local area, as well as give them vital experience with the world of employment. We also believe it’s important to give back to the community that has given us so much support and business over the years.

As such, we are delighted to be able to offer our continued support to the local educational engagement efforts of New College Lanarkshire.
